My sims 3 packs (University life, High-end loft and ambitions) are not showing up in launcher, however they are downloaded in origin.

@Scorpiotion Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If these steps don't work, it's possible that your packs have been deactivated. This could be a mistake, but if you bought them from an unauthorized third-party seller, it's possible you received bad codes, and they've now been blocked. The only way to find out whether this has happened, and to correct any mistake, is to contact EA customer support and specifically ask about the status of your missing packs.

Hi, I too have had this problem recently. It turned out to be a bad broadband connection, I appeared to sign in o.k. and was able to play the game but there were some packs missing. The missing pack were those I downloaded. The pack that showed where packs from disk. Until I was able to get my home re-wired I was in the habit of signing in and looking to see if the pack were listed, if they were I then went offline and continued for the day. If they were not, I signed out and tried again. Some times it took several attempts. This ofcause may have no relevance in your case but I thought it worth passing on the info. Yours BillFlowerpot.
