Sims 3 keeps updating

ok so my sims 3 launcher is saying to update and i did like 5 times its the 1.67 and i diabled the custom content too and i dont have mods anything like that HELP IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO UPDATE IM CRYING!!!! I JUST BOUGHT THIS IN DA MORNING
