Sims 3 keeps closing when its instaled in a file

Im annoyed with sims 3. And i just installed it to my windows 10 pc. When its like installing, When it reaches about 12% It Just closes...Its so ANNOYING!!!! please help asap..😔

@PixelFart1 Are you installing Sims 3 itself, and Origin is closing; or are you trying to install some other content, and if so, what?

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
