@dlwngh1110 Because you bought from an unauthorized third-party seller, it's possible that you received a bad code, and that EA removed the game from your account. You can't use the code again because it's already been added to your account, and each code can only be registered once. But reusing the code wouldn't help if EA has already identified it as bad.
It's also possible that the code still works, but you're not seeing the game in your library. To try to get it back, first make sure that you're not using filters. Click on your Origin game library, and in the upper right corner of the window, click "filters" and choose the option to dismiss all filters.
If that doesn't work, you can clear Origin's cache. Next, you can uninstall and reinstall Origin "the hard way," which would not affect your installed games.

If these steps don't help, then EA probably deactivated your game. Sellers like G2A often buy codes from questionable sources, and those sources may have originally stolen the codes or committed some kind of fraud to get them. So when EA finds out, sometimes years later, that it was never paid for a code, it will cancel access to the game, even though the player had no idea that there was anything wrong with the purchase.
