Sims 3 help!

I bought SIMS 3 a long time ago. My e-mail address that I originally had for my account got shut down for being inactive for so many days... I looked under my previously bought category and it's not showing that I had SIMS 3 on my old computer (which crashed). How do I get my SIMS 3 back?! HELP ME PLEASE!
