Sims 3 glitching; Windows 8,10

I have been playing Sims 3 for quite a while now on different platforms. I now have an Acer Desktop that has Windows 10 and had Windows 8. After about 20-30 minutes of me playing it will glitch me out and send me an error code saying "The Sims 3 has stopped working".This has been happening ever since I've had Windows 8 on my Acer and it continues to not work with Windows 10. I also have a Lenovo and I had the Sims 3 on that too while also having Windows 8. Is it to do with my computer or Windows? Please help.

My gaming computer is Windows 10 pro and TS3 works. But the problem is with Windows 10 you MUST use Origin. Please post the dxdiag of that computer - thank you
