Sims 3 firebreathing animation

My sims no longer perform the firebreathing animation after eating 'hot' foods correctly. They will still do it but they have left their seats then suddenly assume the seated position and have the fire come then. I've read others have this issue but no-one seems to be able to correct it or explain what has happened. Please help, it's an animation that is funny to watch but irritating when not done right.

I have the same in my game. That seems to be a glitch since the latest patch. Can you please add this to the bug collection thread for Island Paradise here?
