Sims 3 expension pack installation

Hi,

I've purchased some sims 3 expention packs, and I've downloaded them. But, when I try to log onto Sims, the want me to go online woith email and password, I type it in, but the SIms then tell me they can't help me go online. What is the problem? What do I do. I've been trying for 24 hrs now... :/

Did you donwload through Origin ? Can you actually play the game without loggin in ? What's the exact message you're seeing ?
