I've played the Sims forever and I have every level. I haven't played Sims 3 in quite a while, but I am trying to load my expansion packs and the plumb bob just goes away after a few seconds and then nothing happens. I have tried two separate packs and the result is the same. I think I have about 10 expansion packs. Can you help me?

@flygal911 I've moved your post to the Sims 3 PC tech section. How are you trying to install your packs, and what kind of install is the base game? (Origin, disc, install)

Hi! Same problem happens on my game. My Seasons pack doesn't show up even if it is installed. I am playing it through Origin.

@sanavagod Try repairing the game through Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help either, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall. This shouldn't affect your installed games.

If these steps don't work, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask specifically about the status of your missing pack. It's possible Seasons was deactivated or blocked, and in this case, the only way to find out, and possibly address the issue, is through support.
