Sims 3 expansion packs issue

Can anybody help?
I have installed sims 3 and the base game works fine and perfectly I installed expansion packs on origin they are saying installed but not showing up on the sims 3 launcher?

@flexcityxor Where did you purchase the expansion packs?

Most of them are disks and code been put on to origin to install because my new laptop doesn’t have a disk drive
