Sims 3 expansion packs dont show up

I recently installed origin on my new computer however when I try to start up the sims 3 my expansion packs are all missing, I went to the expansions tab and only one pack was there however I previously bought 10 other packs that didn't show up!! I checked gaming details to see if the we're uninstalled but they allll say I havent purchased them which I have (

I haven't found and topics with this problem but if anyone has any idea how to get them back Inwould appreciate it :')

@thatzallbabydoll  It sounds like your packs might be on a different account.  Did you originally buy them on disc, through Origin, or elsewhere?  Do you still have receipts or other proof of purchase?  If so, it's worth contacting EA customer support and asking for help.
