I had to have a new hard drive installed in my computer now I cannot get Sims 3 into the Future to install I keep getting an error message I have tried to contact EA they sent me one email telling me to close background apps and uninstall the EA app and reinstall it I've done all of that I've tried to run a repair on the game I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and still have the same problem. Is there anyone that can help me?

@jenynya  I'm sorry, I don't have any other suggestions.  You'll need to wait for EA to fix the issue on their end.  I or someone else will post any new information in this thread, so feel free to subscribe to get updates.

Thanks! I redownloaded Origin and it installed the pack in the background.

@puzzlezaddict I take back what I said this actually works. When I first installed origin again it kept having connection failures but I tried today and it worked pets downloaded, I'm gonna leave it for longer and hope university installs as well. Thank you so much!

I recently had a new hard drive installed in my computer and my Sims 3 into the future will not install. I have tried to get help from EA tech support about a week ago and I have only received one email and that was the only option they will give. I have run a repair on the game uninstalled and reinstalled both the EA app and the game including all or the game packs. I can't seem to get any help help through EA for some reason. I don't know what to do. Is there someone who can possibly help me? Im attching a screenshot of the error message I'm getting.
