Sims 3 exchange problems/ Launcher

I am trying to install a house from the sims 3 Exchange and it shows that its installed in the sims 3 launcher but when i go into my game its not there and i know its not a problem with the Content because its already worked before in my game.

Are you using save file or add to game ? Save file is corrupting many downloads. Try add to game instead.
