Hello,
I have the sims 3 since origin and it’s connect to an email that is no longer in use and I have the whole collection of sims 3 and the expansions aren’t working I can’t move anything over as the codes are already “used” but it lets me use the base game code to download the actual game, this allows me to play the base game but not install all the expansions I have.
I’ve spoken with ea support and I can’t seem to get an answer out as they need the origin account but I’ve tried everything but nothing is recognised no email I have ever had is recognised.
ever since origin change to ea I haven’t been able to get into my sims 3 account now email is no longer in use is their anyway I can do this please help!!

@AceMarie The only way to address this is to try to recover the old account. Even if you don't know what email address you used at the time (did you maybe use a family member's email instead?), you might be able to prove ownership with photos of your registered content and some other details. For each Sims 3 pack you own, take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the code (clearly readable). You can attach these when you submit your help request.
I'm not saying that this will definitely work, only that it might, and there unfortunately isn't anything else you can do here.
