i recently registered my sims 3 game and i received a message saying ill receive 1000 simpoints but they never came.

@2muaki  You need to login to the Sims 3 Store and click a button to redeem the points.  I don't remember exactly where the button is, since it's been a couple years, but I believe it was somewhere on the left of the screen and difficult to miss if you were looking for it.  Go here:

Sign in, and if you don't see the points button, click My Page and look again.
