@federaldoggo Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If these steps don't help, it's possible that your pack has been deactivated by EA. This could be a mistake, but if you bought the EP from an unauthorized third-party seller, it's possible that you received a bad code. EA sometimes deactivates such packs weeks or months later, even though they worked initially, and even though the players usually have no idea that there was anything wrong with their purchases.
The only way to find out is to contact EA customer support and ask that someone check your code.
