Sims 3 University Housing Problem

Whenever I send my Sim to University it opens the page where it lets you pick where you would like to live. When I click on ANY house, dorm, or fraternity/sorority I try to click the check mark but the check mark turns grey instead of loading that household. I've tried redownloading this extension but I have the same problem.

I have that exact same problem. Does this happen to you also when you try to add a new family on Edit Town or when your sims move to another world?? I do experience this problem when I do all this. Have you found a solution yet?
