Sims 3 Supernatural via Amazon Download - asking for disk on Installation???

Purchased Sims 3 Supernatural via Amazon download.  During installation, I get a message saying to insert the disk containing Sims3EP07.ico file.  Since I downloaded the game files, I don't have a disk - and when I search for this Sims3EP07.ico file it is not found.  So now what do I do???

Redownload from Amazon. Maybe the download didn't go through fully or contact Amazon.
