Sims 3 Supernatural help?

Ok so I have Sims 3, Sims 3 Late Night and Sims 3 Supernatural, but I only just signed up to Sims 3 online, and I downloaded some stuff from the Exchange. Now when I go into my Sims 3 Supernatural (the most recent Sims game I have installed) I get as far as create new game, then once in Moonlight Falls I clicked Create New Sims and it goes into Entering Create New Household and then thats it, it has been loading on that screen for the past two hours..

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP???????

Sounds like you downloaded something bad.

Try the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/
