Sims 3: Supernatural appearing downloaded in EA app, but not showing up in game. [ Edited ]

As the title says. From reading previous forum posts, I assume that because my dad bought the game for me as a key when I was younger, that the expansion was probably invalid for one reason or another.

Obviously, I would like for the expansion to be fully removed from my EA App account so that I can repurchase it again now as an adult.

I have put in a ticket to EA Customer Support (for a second time as my first one said 'resolved' when it was in fact not), but I was wondering if there's any quicker solution to this problem via here or whether the waiting game is in fact the only answer.

Hey @Gribbs123 , that could be an issue of an incompatible version or something similar. The only way to get this sorted is to contact EA Help indeed, we can't action anything on players' accounts on the forums. The good news is that it's pretty unlikely you will need to repurchase the pack - since it's showing as owned on your account, I bet the help centre will simply remove the incompatible version and replace it with a working one.
