@addetyas If you can't create a new admin account on your other computer, that suggests a potential serious issue that should be addressed. If you'd like to troubleshoot further, let me know. But if you'd rather just use the other laptop, that's fine too.

I bought a Sims 3 Worlds Bundle off the EA app. I was not aware that I could not install it through the app until I tried and got the message to do it through the Sims 3 site. Now, of course, it says the code for Monte Vista has been used and I can't install it. I've found the issue in several places and all answers lead back to Customer Support needing to fix it. However I have opened a case for customer support, no one ever answers, the case gets suspended, and I have to click a resume case button, and the cycle repeats. Last night when I tried to click the resume button in hopes someone will answer me some day it took me to a page of automated, help yourself options that did not apply to my issue and would not resume the case. I'm so frustrated.

If your code for Monte Vista is showing as already used, we'll need the live support team to refund this purchase for you- a refund isn't something that can be processed over the forums since we don't have access to review your billing details on AHQ.
Rather than resuming an old email case, please submit a new case and select live chat as your contact option- you can start a brand new case to contact live support for help on this here. If you're not seeing a live chat option, please select different topic/issue options until you see live chat as the available contact option.

Hello! I purchased the sims 2 worlds bundle pack about 6-7 months ago. It shows in my payment history and it shows that I have it in the EA launcher, but when I open my game, it's not there and I can't find it anywhere within the game. The pack actually never installed or downloaded. I can't find it within the sims 2 downloads or expansion packs, not anywhere. There is no choice anywhere for me to install it. I would hate to have wasted my money on something I can't even play. Could someone help? Thanks..

@greensages I've merged your post with the master issue covering issues with Store worlds. Please see the first post on page one.
The short answer is, standalone worlds need to be downloaded from store.thesims3.com and installed through the launcher; the EA App has nothing to do with the process.

Hey! yeah you're right, I had learned that in the order confirmation email they put codes you redeemed on the sims3 website to download the dlc. Good thing I didn't delete the email after all this time :D

I purchased The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle, and it DOES say that I own it. But I can't install it. I bought it on the EA app basically JUST before I added my first response to this thread. I currently am unable to check when that way. Eventually I just gave up and just bought a bunch of those Sim points and then bought Hidden Springs, Aurora Skies and Sunlitt Tides in the game itself when you go to make a new game and have to choose a world... I can't even get a refund for this... it's also sad because if this just doesn't work, that means I can't buy other add-ons for Sims 3, which I really wanted to do...

@Mauzawa You should have received an email with product codes for the worlds, which you could then register on the Sims 3 Store site and download from there. If you never received that email, or the codes read as used, contact EA customer support and get a refund. Please see the first post for more details.
You could try purchasing the worlds bundle again after getting a refund if you want. I realize that would mean buying a second copy of Hidden Springs, and SimPoints purchase cannot be refunded. But standalone Monte Vista is the same price as the bundle, and you could give away the HS code and probably make some other player very happy. Or you could skip MV; it's not exactly the most popular world, and you have plenty of others to play with right now.

I thought I would join in here. I'm getting back into Sims 3 after a few years. I just did a brand new install of Sims 3 using the EA app and everything installed properly. However when I to the screen with the launcher and open the downloads screen, I am unable to download Riverview, Lucky Palms, Sunlit Tides etc. It will say downloading but it never does and after about 10 minutes rge button changes to "queued up for downloading." At this point I don't know if the worlds will download or not. I will check back later to see if there is a change but I doubt it.
