@SabrinaMiller03 I've merged your post with the master thread for issues with Store worlds. For Dragon Valley, you'll need to get a refund, as described in the first post on page one.
For Roaring Heights, did you also install the world through the launcher, or is it only showing up under Downloads? There are two separate steps: downloading the world, and installing it through the launcher's Downloads tab. If this doesn't help, let me know whether RH shows up under Installed Content after you install it.

Please note that this cannot yet be considered a solution since it has not been tested or confirmed by EA, but I wanted to share it since it worked for me. If you were planning to purchase Roaring Heights anyway, you might consider attempting to purchase it this way. If not, but you want to test it out, keep in mind that I do not know whether this is an actual fix or if it was just a fluke that worked for me. Be prepared to request a refund if it does not work.
I decided to purchase Roaring Heights tonight since it is on sale, despite the risk of the code not working. Instead of purchasing it through EA App, I went to ea.com and selected Origin for Mac as my platform. Despite using a Windows PC, I went with this option since the other one was EA App for Windows, and worlds get delivered through email as codes that you can redeem on thesims3.com so, in this case, the platform would not have mattered anyway.
The code worked. I purchased Gold Edition and only received one code, but it included Roaring Heights, Boardwalk Attire, and 1,900 SimPoints, exactly as advertised.
I cannot confirm that this is a fix for everyone else, but it is worth trying if you were planning to purchase the world anyway. It may or may not work with other worlds that have a 'This code has already been used' error.

Ive installed the content and downloaded it on the main launcher as well as in the download dashboard inside the select a game menu. I still dont have the world even after getting the confirmation it was installed successfully.. I am also having a hard time with how to return the DV pack. It doesn't qualify for the great game guarantee but im not sure if that effects the return process completely or not. Ive purchased and downloaded other DLC for the sims 3 and never had this issue before

@SabrinaMiller03 For Roaring Heights, please try installing it into a clean Sims 3 folder. Move the existing folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to create a new folder, download only RH (nothing else), install it, and let me know whether it shows up in-game.
If this works, you can install your other Store content into this new folder, move over your saves and anything else you want to keep, and pick up where you left off. If you'd like help with figuring out what to move, please read this article:
https://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/01/faq-user-files.html
If you have a lot of Store content, such that reinstalling all of it would be a burden, let me know. There's another way to combine new and old installs; it takes a few more steps, but they're quicker than spending a couple of hours reinstalling everything.
For Dragon Valley, you'll need to contact EA customer support, as described in the first post on page one.

I returned the DV content sucessfully. I still dont have the world or content playable yet and now when I attempt to download/install from the dashboard/purchase history the game itself wont let me pass the member login screen even though ive carefully typed in my information that hasnt changed at all. It doesnt tell me if the info is incorrect or not, it just makes me put in the password again and again. I keep running into issue after issue.

@SabrinaMiller03 To be clear, you've created a new Sims 3 folder and added nothing to it yet? Please try to download Roaring Heights using a browser, either from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from its product page:
https://store.thesims3.com/roaringheights.html?categoryId=12642
If that doesn't work, try a different browser. Firefox works well for me.
If that doesn't help either, change your EA password to something with only letters and numbers, no special characters. Trash the new Sims 3 folder you've created, so the launcher spawns another new one, and clear Edge's Internet Explorer mode data, even if you never use it, or Edge in general, at all:
Then try again to download Roaring Heights through a browser.

I bought this on the EA app but there isn't an option to install this bundle at all (via EA and the Sims launcher), am I doing something wrong? I've tried searching up what to do but nothing is helping.

@hannahdbfresh and @wahrueav1 I've merged your posts with the master thread for issues installing Store worlds. Please see the first post on page one for more information.
@wahrueav1 The link you've posted covers games that are supposed to be installed through the EA App. Store worlds are not: they can only be installed through the Sims 3 Store.

Yesterday I bought Roaring Heights but when I try to redeem the code on ts3 store, it says that the code has already been used. It's not in my purchase history or anything so I know I didn't get it. The code has continued to not work even though I bought it directly from EA. I started a case on EA help and haven't heard back :/
