I recently purchased The Sims 3 Roaring Heights from the ea app. I got the email saying I had bought it but when I used the code on the sims 3 store it said the code was invalid and that it had already been used. So then I tried to use it on the ea website and the code also said invalid. I tried to contact ea for help but couldn't find the live chat feature anywhere so here I am. If anyone could either help me contact ea or help me with my invalid code situation I would greatly appreciate it.

So I'm trying to contact ea but have no clue how to, when i go to their site nothing shows up but this answers hq. Do possibly know how I could talk to someone?

@Dr_Doc90 Sign into any EA site (including this one), make sure the location in the lower-right corner of the screen is U.S. or U.K., and click this link:
Click the "choose contact option" button at the bottom of the page, and you should see the option for live chat below the (very long) email form.

I recently bought The Sims 3 Dragon Valley and when I went to redeem my code it told me my code had already been used. I bought the game in the my origin account so I honestly do not know why my code did not work. It shows up in my Origin account but I can't activate the game's code. I apply the specified stages, but the game is not active.

Please check the code entered and try again. If you continue to receive this error it may be that the code has already been applied. If you need further assistance, please go to Contact Us.
I know it had my origin account. But i opened the sims 3 base game. It still doens't show. I can't play dragon valley. Ican't active my code at thesims3.com website. Please help me

Hi, today I purchased the sims 3 world bundle and in EA app it says that I have this extension but it doesnt appear in the game and also in the sims 3 store. It’s like I don’t have it, but I have the e-mail where my purchase is confirmed and it took money from my account
