Dragon Valley Gold redemption code not working

t I haven't been able to find any other possible solutions. I just bought the gold edition of Dragon Valley and it gave me a code and when I input the code it said it had already been redeemed. I can't download it and it's not showing up in my purchase history on the sims 3 site. On top of that I cant get a refund for that which seems silly. I really just want to play my game, this is so frustrating :/ I have looked through the help Q and A's and the only thing I found was that this was an issue in like 2014 with physical copies. Any help is appreciated.

No confirmation email from EA app

I bought the Roaring Heights town on the EA App, which needs the product code to register on thesims3.com. There was one at the end of the purchase process, but I dismissed the text box because I assumed it would be automatically added to my game. It was not. I also never received the confirmation email with a product code in it, and now I feel like I wasted $20 on a town I've wanted since I was a kid and now cannot play.

 

I feel like the simplest solution (that EA will likely never implement) is to allow users to view the product codes for games and all of the expansions/dlc, instead of just the games. I am so frustrated and I know it's my own fault, but they should have planned for things like this with their older titles.

 

Tried to reach out to EA Help and after a long roundabout, they just told me to wait 24 hours. Disappointed

@puzzlezaddict when I talked to support yesterday it seemed like they weren't able to just send me my code through the live chat, which was frustrating because Outlook does <i>not</i> like to receive emails from EA - an issue I've had in the past, and had to get a secondary gmail account added on to my account to fix - and they couldn't send it to the secondary email. Refund it is, I suppose.

I have a similar issue however instead of an expansion pack, I bought the Dragon Valley world about 4-5 months ago maybe and still am unable to play with it. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app, I’ve tried clearing the cache, and I’ve even reached out to EA Support but the lady told me I would receive a code for it either in my email or on the app in about a week but it never happened. I wish I never downloaded the EA App.
