Redeem code sims 3

Was wondering if I can have any help with redeeming a code for The Sims 3 Roaring Heights? I’ve entered the code but it’s just stuck loading?

@EBONEENASA  Try again in a different browser, annd make sure Roaring Heights doesn't already show as owned.  Check both your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) and the product page itself.

If the code already reads as used and RH isn't showing as owned, you'll need to contact EA customer support for a refund.  Please see the first post of this thread for more information.

Do you by any chance know why Monte Vista isn't showing up as a playable world when downloaded from the sims 3 store? I bought the worlds bundle from the EA App which includes Hidden Springs & Monte Vista plus a chocolate fountain, but only Hidden Springs shows up as a ingame world to load into

@Morgyn_Ember  Does Monte Vista show as installed in the launcher?  You'd have needed to download it, then install it through the launcher as a separate step.  If you don't see it in the Installed Content tab, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > InstalledWorlds and let me know whether there's a MonteVista.world file present.

there's 2 of them in that folder. do i delete them?

@Morgyn_Ember  Delete them both, and delete anything with Monte Vista in the name inside ...The Sims 3 > Downloads.  Then download a fresh copy from the Store and install it.

I did that and it still won't work for some reason, everything that comes with Monte Vista works but just not the world.

@Morgyn_Ember  Try installing Monte Vista into a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, download and install MV (but nothing else yet), and see whether the world loads.  If it does, you can reinstall your other Store content in the clean folder, then move over anything else you want to keep, for example saves.  Here's a description of everything in the user folder:

If reinstalling all your Store content would be a burden, let me know.  There's a way around that that's a bit complicated but not as time-consuming as reinstalling the entire Store.

Good Day,

Yesterday I bought a worlds bundle which was to include Monte Vista, Hidden Springs, and Chocolate Fountain. I received the confirmation email with the codes for me to download.
Only Hidden Springs has downloaded. When I put the code in for Monte Vista, I get told that it has already been used. As for Chocolate Fountain, it accepted the code, but I can't find it.

Please help.
