Sims 3 in-game content bought on Origin (EA app now) not installing

Hi,

I'm having this issue where I previously purchased the Monte Vista and Roaring Heights worlds a long time ago, 2014-2015 ish on Origin and now have no way of installing them into my game through the EA app.

There's no option to download them from the EA app and they won't show up in my Sims 3 Launcher. Any advice?

Bought Sims 3 Roaring Heights Gold, Code Doesn’t work

I bought the Sims 3 Roaring Heights gold edition 2 months ago. I have been attempting to get into contact with EA to get it fixed but they keep closing my case. I bought this expansion directly from EA. The code is saying it has already been used and i can’t use it but I never used this product code. I just want to get a new code but EA isn’t helping me. What should I do?

@LilyTheCat35  You will have to contact an EA game consultant. Once a code is activated it can not be re-entered. If you check add-ons in the EA app, does it say you own this add-on? You can also check your purchase history to see if the purchase was completed. As this is an open public forum user accounts can not be accessed here.
