Sims 3 Starter Pack Serial Number

Hey, I bought the Sims 3 Starter Pack and we put in the first disk for installation and we got up to when it asked for the Serial Number. When we eventually found it, we noticed it only had 4 segments instead of 5 but the other 2 serial numbers have 5 and they work but it wont work because we havent downloaded the first game due to hte serial number only has 16 numbers instead of 20!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

The Starter Pack consists of the Sims 3, Sims 3 High End Loft and the Date Night store content, if I'm not mistaken. 

The serial codes thus work as follows:

•  5 x 4 for Sims 3
• 5 x 4 for High End Loft
• 4 x 4 for Date Night

So, that 16 digit code is for the first game.

I would suggest you change your Origin ID, as it seems very close to an incomplete serial number. Nobody should know or be able to guess any of your serials.
