Sims 3 Seasons Startup Error [ Edited ]

I recently bought Sims 3 Seasons from EB Games.

I installed it on my computer and at first it worked.

Now it say's ."There was and error during startup please check the log for more detail's".

Have you already tried everything mentioned here?

When starting the launcher, I get the error message: "There was an error during startup. See the Log for more details".
