Sims 3 Seasons Product Code "Invalid"

Okay, so I literally JUST bought my Seasons EP less than an hour ago and got it installed. However, when I try to register it on the Sims 3 website, it says my code is invalid. It also says the same thing when I try to redeem my costume pack. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? What should I do?

I have the same problem I can't register my game. with downloadable content not had problems just have to enter to my store account / redeem a code.

Just downloaded, have the same problem. Thought maybe I entered it wrong but I c/ped it from the Origin info screen and still... not valid.

And I double checked it and everything. I'd just like the reason I pre-ordered it but it only says invalid code!
