Sims 3 Script Error Line 1114 Char 6

I've been dealing with this issue for weeks now, and have read as many forum pages as possible and I am still having problems. 

Opening the Launcher occasionally takes a few minutes to load, and when it does, a script error message appears with:
"Line 1114/ Char 6/ Error: object does not support property or method 'easySlider'/ Code 0/ URL: http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/home.html?launcherLocale=en_US&launcherCountry=US "

Here are my specifics: 
-Windows 7

-Base game, World Adv, Ambitions, Fast Lane Stuff, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise, IntoThe Future

Here is what I have tried:

-I have deleted all downloaded content and installed content

-Updated JAVA 

-I backed up my files, and started over

-I tried uninstalling and reinstalling

Here are my issues: 
-Slow loading of launcher and in game

-Script error message

-Game will freeze and crash after an hour of play time

Did you check if there's no old version of Java installed on your computer ?

Is FlashPlayer, Adobe Air and Origin also updated ?
