Sims 3 Pets Exclusive Limited Edition Content

Have registered the game and this content (pet shop venue) does not show up in "My Account - Purchase History". Registered Katy Perry Showtime at the same time and that content (venue and stage) shows and downloads fine.

I know the method shown in the Pets insert does not work, (go to http://Thesims3.com/Incentive/PetsRedeem to enter enclosed code), that site just states to register game then check and download content from  "My Account - Purchase History".

Anyone know the secret to getting the content? Thanks for any help!

There's a problem with it atm.

The store team is aware and working on it.
