@Torbuzach  Take a couple of screenshots of your purchase history, order numbers showing (and you can simply copy the other numbers for reference).  Contact EA customer support and upload the screenshots, and ask for help figuring out where your content went.  With the example screenshots plus the other order numbers, a support rep should be able to pull up the relevant information.

I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

I bought digital content over 10 years ago for sims 3. Since then i have a new computer but I don't have the digital content on my account. I really don't want to have to re-buy everything. I'm pretty sure it's over 1,000 dollers

Hi there,

I have recently started using the ea app again to play my old sims 3 games.

After spending more time using this app I have since realised that some of the expansion packs that I have owned for years are not showing up and are missing from my ea account.

I still have the old disk version of these expansions and tried using the old sims 3 website to link the pack code to my account, however it wont let me use the code as they have already been used.

Have spent a while looking over old forums to see if there's a solution for this but I can't seem to find one.

I have cleared the cache from the ea app and this still hasn't resolved the issue. 

If anyone has any idea how to solve this i would greatly appreciate it.

After the recent update I decided to dig out my old Sims 3 CD's and install them on my new PC. Some of packs are already showing on the EA App but when I try to install the one's that aren't on the app it says the code has already been redeemed. Well yes, they have been redeemed previously, on Origin via my old PC. How do I enable them to work on my new PC please?
