Good evening,
I can't stand the ORIGIN app anymore either! This evening, to unwind, I wanted to play The SIMS 3 (I hadn't played since last year, 2023), and now I see that everything has disappeared! I checked the order history and there is nothing, even though I bought not only expansions for The Sims 3 but also the base game of The Sims 4. I remember I was given a small kit as compensation (like a desert decoration accessory) because it became free in the meantime.
They say I haven't bought anything, yet I see a saved game in "MONTE VISTA" and a message saying "it seems a huge error occurred with the MONTE VISTA expansion". Also, if I supposedly didn't buy "VIP", how come my characters have celebrity points?
Honestly, we spend money on a game we care about, and I'm not a big spender, but if it's something affordable that makes me happy, I'm okay with it once in a while... but I'm dis-gus-ted... and this isn't the first time I've had to contact customer service. Honestly, if this isn't resolved, it's clearly theft. My money is at stake; it's not charity, and conveniently, my order history has disappeared from my account. Let's stop this nonsense!

I had a bunch of expansion packs for the sims 3 back when it ran through Orgin. I got some of them on disc first too and added them with the code to the Orgin app. But now half of my packs wont show up in the new EA app. It is wanting me to buy the packs all over again. How can I get my Expansion packs back?

Hello, I had the same problem - when I downloaded the EA App on my new laptop, it only showed the Sims 3 and the World Adventures add-on, instead of all of the ones I'm used to playing with (20+). Unfortunately, the solution that worked for this OP did not work for me. Got any other ideas?

@Torbuzach Please login to ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for any evidence of buying or registering your other packs. The entries might be a bit obtuse, like this (from me registering a disc copy either the base game or Ambitions):
If you don't find your other packs, please check any other email addresses you have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" to receive a password-recovery email. I understand you're sure you only have the one account, but I've seen many others similarly convinced until they go looking. And if you do have just the one account, you'll need to find the purchase/registration history for your missing packs anyway.
