I’m also having this issue, I have owned the base game and a couple DLCs for years and have had to play them on an olddd computer. Really excited that the new app allows for me to play sims3 on my laptop, but not if i have to repurchase content i’ve already owned for years.

I wanted to return to Sims after several years pause but found out that suddenly my Sims 3 is missing a lot of stuff. Namely most of my expansion and stuff packs were somehow uninstalled and don't show as owned in the EA app. I tried clearing the app's cache, repairing the game, redeeming the codes from the DVD flyers (some said that code was already redeemed, some said code was successfully redeemed) but still only two packs remain installed and purchased. Others don't seem to be owned. What's the issue?

Doesn’t work. I am logged in with the correct login details. When I log into thesims3.com site with the same credentials, I see my purchased add-ons when displaying my profile page, but I don’t see it in the EA app and Sims3 launcher.
