Hello! is 31 December 2013 you buy the game (to download to computer) the sims 3 pets expansion pack, and brother-in-law do install everything going well, but when I started to play and create my pets they were deformed, this already I past twice, the second is see that I buy the game but the first was on disk, how I can fix it? No refunds? Thanks
