Update: Most current version
Problem: Launcher opens and displays this message. Game no longer runs. I attempted to "repair" the game, but the option did not fix the problem. After repairing and launching the message was again displayed. I then had the option to repair the game, yet again the message was displayed.

Why do you think so ? Because it doesn't say Win 10 ? Works the same way.
