Sims 3 - Insert Disk?

Hi, whenever I try launching Sims 3, I get a message saying I need to insert a disk but the game I purchased was downloaded so obviously I do not have a disk? Any advice? Thanks!

@maju20di  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Where did you buy the game originally?  (Some codes are old and don't necessarily work well with a digital download.)  Which packs, if any, have you installed so far, and are there any that you'd like to install but haven't yet?
