Sims 3 Games not showing in client

Hi, my sims games I bought a while ago have yet to show up in my origin client and It concerns me since my computer has been acting up lately and I'm afraid if it crashes and Im in need of a new one, I want to be able to download all my expansions and stuff packs again. Is there anyway to add my games back to the client? I don't know where my serial codes are either so am i able to locate the game somehow and add it?

I guess I wasn't really clear, my bad. When i go to that screen, some of the stuff packs are still showing as unbought when I actually have bought them. I wanted to know how to readd them because they still haven't added in
