I have a Windows 8 laptop. Today I purchased from Origin to download The Sims 3 starter pack along with two other expansion packs. I downloaded the Origin program to my laptop. My first of two problems is that my World Adventures program that I purchased is not showing up on "My Page" on my sims3.com profile. I'm not sure as to why it is not showing up but it should be therem because the rest of the expansions purchased are showing up.
Second issue is that After I downloaded The Sims 3 from "my games" in the origin program, the expansion packs are nowhere to be found. I have searched multiple threads and online articles and I still have no idea where they are or why they show up in "My Page" but not on the actual program. I have already updated the game content and it still has not done me any good. I sure hope i did not pay for all of these expansions for nothing. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. I hope this is just an "Easy Fix" and I am just oblivious to the obvious answer to the problem. Thank you in advance!
