Sims 3 Expansion Packs not showing up as an option in launcher.

I've been playing Sims 3 since pretty much the beginning with CD's and such. Now I'm on Origin and I've downloaded off there and been playing from there ever since.

Recently I've been getting back into playing Sims 3 and have since re-download all of my Expansion Packs.

When I go to open Sims 3 the launcher doesn't show all of the Expansion Packs, only a select few.

Help.

@shaykhi  I'm sorry no one replied to you sooner; I don't frequent the Origin forum and only just saw your thread.  (And I moved it to the Sims 3 section.)

The first troubleshooting step to try is to clear Origin's cache.  If that doesn't help, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling Origin itself, which wouldn't affect your TS3 install.

If these steps don't help, it's possible that the codes for some of your packs have been deactivated.  This could be a mistake, but it's also possible that there's something wrong with the codes.  EA often deactivates codes that were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, even if the player has no idea there was anything wrong with the purchase.  Codes added to more than one account (i.e. if the original owner registers the code and then sells the disc) can also be removed.

The only way to sort this out is to contact EA customer support so that someone on that end can take a look at your account, and fix any errors if necessary.  It would help if you could provide proof of purchase or ownership (receipts; photos of discs, cases, inserts; etc.) to the support rep.
