Sims 3 Expansion Packs Gone

I got the starter pack in 2017 and the pets pack thing in 2017, they don't show up in game OR on origin. Since 2017 I lost my gaming hardrive and I got a new one, but my expansions are just gone now and I don't know what to do. I've looked in the Downloads, Installed Content, all the menus in the launcher and they're just gone. I have save files with the expansions and I can just look at them.

@Lunadex  When you click on the TS3 base game icon in Origin, you should see a menu labeled More.  Click on it and select Expansion Packs (or Stuff Packs, for High-End Loft Stuff), then scroll to your owned packs.  What do the buttons say: Download, Installed, Details, or Buy Now?  Obviously, if you can download the packs, go ahead and do it.

If Origin doesn't recognize that you own your packs, you can try clearing its cache, or even uninstalling and reinstalling Origin itself.  This wouldn't affect your TS3 install.

If these steps don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support so that someone can look into your account details.  Sometimes EA removes packs from an account due to a bad code; sometimes a pack gets blocked by mistake.  But only a support rep can give you the details, and fix the problem if necessary.
