@majaweimenhog  I've split your post into its own thread because the other thread was quite old, and about an issue specific to mac OS.

 

If Origin thinks your University EP is installed, but it doesn't show up in the launcher, the first thing to try is to clear Origin's cache.  If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall Origin itself ("the hard way"); this wouldn't affect your installed games.

If neither of these steps help, it's possible that the pack has been blocked in your account.  This could be a mistake, but if you bought University from an unauthorized third-party seller, you may have received a bad code.  EA may have deactivated that code, which would lead to a situation where the pack is installed but can't be loaded.  The only way to find out if this is what happened is to contact EA customer support and ask.  A support rep could also reactivate the code if it turns out to be a mistake on their end.
