I recently got a new PC, and when I tried downloading all my Sims 3 packs again, two of them were not showing in the queued downloads. I had Sims 3 University Life and Generations, and whenever I search them up on the store, it says I need to buy them, even though I already bought them a few years ago. What can I do to get my expansion packs back, without having to buy them again?

@gardensongs You'll need to contact EA customer support to ask what happened to your packs. There's no one on this site who can help with account issues.
