Sims 3 Download Problem

I lost my Sims 3 Base game a few years ago and recently got a new one, although when I have tried installing the expansion packs I already had it will not let me as the codes have already been used. I cant access any old EA accounts as I cant remember my login detail. I was wondering if anyone could help me? Thanks
