So I bought disc copies for my Sims 3 game back in 2016, and am now wanting to install them on my new laptop. Unfortunately, I lost one of the boxes and the disc for one expansion, along with the code. I know I need to provide proof of purchase to EA if I was to email them, but I can't find the receipt at the moment. Is there any way I can get them to show up on my Origin account, or is that a lost cause? I still have them installed on my old laptop.

@Squonsh Yes, if the game is still installed on your old laptop, you should be able to find the code there. Here's how:
Windows: https://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2013/09/how-to-find-your-serial-number.html
macOS: https://bluebellflora.com/finding-your-serial-key-using-terminal/
As long as you've never registered the code before, you should still be able to add it to your account now.
