Sims 3 Deregistration/Account Transfer

I recently bought and downloaded The Sims 4.

I want to give Sims 3 and associated Expansion Packs to my brother, but everything is registered/listed under my Origin account.

How can I either deregister or transfer it to my brother?

@GBVoges I am sorry, but the product codes for the games are one time use only and once used they become linked to your account and cannot be removed.

You mention that it is one-time use only. What if I you deleted the entire account? Would this "free" the codes and allow them to be registered under the desired account?
