Sims 3 DLC's not accessible on the game's launcher

@EA_Solaire Hey! Hi! can please help me? I own The Sims 3 Standard Edition, 2 DLC and 1 Stuff Content. I install all and when I click on Start Game, the Sims Launcher pop up. and when i looking for my Packs, in the Expansion Options only appears 1 DLC. I'll you show you all in ScreenShot

Hi @Carnazeitor 

Have you fully purchased these expansions, or were you accessing those through a previous EA Play membership that's no longer active? Please review the purchase history on your EA account to verify how you were accessing this content.

I had EA play mermeship, but i rembember to have the same problem at that time, anyhow if I try to buy it does not let me cause it tells me that i have the DLC

I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can review the entitlements on your account and see what's going on- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account information to look into this further.

Hello,
I own many expansion packs for my the sims 3 game, but some of them, are not working properly. To be specific, thay are downloaded on my computer, the EA app is showing that they are downloaded, but they are not appearing in the game launcher. I cleared cache, reinstalled game, repaired game etc but nothing worked. Please help

I am having the same problem, i own every expansion pack for the Sims 3 and they all are showing as installed in the ea app and on my computer but World Adventures, Pets, and Showtime do not show up in the original Sims 3 launcher and do not appear in the game as well. i have tried to speak to customer support and they referred me to this thread, please someone help me! i love the sims 3 and would like to play the game as i had in the past with all expansions active and working. I have gone threu many upon many troubleshooting solutions and all of them have without a doubt failed immediately, please help me fix this problem so i can go back to enjoying the game as i knew it not this whirlwind sh*t show its become

@EA_Solaire @ Hi  have the same problems and I have also tried restoring the cache and repairing the game but nothing. Can you help me?

@LeonardoC95  Which of your packs are installed in the EA App (third screenshot) but are not listed in the launcher?  Your first two screenshots only show some of your installed packs, so I can't tell whether Ambitions and Pets are showing in the launcher or not.

Hi @puzzlezaddict! I hope you can try help me somehow! I have the same problem. One DLC "Pets" doesnt work. Every once a year I come back to this game hoping it would finally work. Since it got update after 10 years </3 I have everything in my library. I tried install and unistall, nothing works. I really hope I finally get some help with this. (Sorry for my english!! Not my first language!)
