Sims 3 Console: EA Help [ Edited ]

I have The Sims 3 Pets for Playstation 3. When I try to open "The Exchange" it gives me "Sorry, it appears the EA Servers are currently down. We are working to address the problem. Please try again later." But I tried many many times, and I even waited. Help
