if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be re-registered to another account
newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS

I have logged into the sims 3 with my origin account without any problems, but when I go to put my seriel codes in its saying 3 out of the 4 codes are invalid.
The games are still playable, but I would like to link them all to my account. Can you please help?

do you have different accounts ? contact CS to assist with merging the accounts
and usually if your code is redeemed in either the Origin or the Sims 3 first they auto reg in the other and don't need to register them again

what if you had a Sims 3 Account already before purchasing the game? its really weird for me and I'm having so many problems. . I've been working on figuring this out all day and really need help. Please,

@PsychoticKills What issue are you having exactly? Normally, you should be able to add the game's product key to either your Origin account or your account on www.thesims3.com. If that's not working, please let me know what error(s) you're seeing, and when in the process.
