Hi, so some odd reason the sims 3 just decieded to get rid off all my CC. So I redownloaded some of them and they were there no problem, but NOT all of them, I tried redownloading them, but not ALL of them were there but in the launcher, it said that everything was there, I was pretty mad about that. So I wanted to get CC from the Exchange, I was downloading it no bigge but when it got the screen where it says its done instead it said "Installation failed. Please make sure your game has the latest Software Update and try again" So I tried updating it but it says it's up to date. I'm really getting frustrated with this and I just want to play the game with the CC. Please help and thank you.
